Franco Pupulin is a senior researcher at Lankester Botanical Garden, where he directed the Department of research and the Garden’s scientific journal for twenty years. He is actually in charge of the Bio-imaging laboratories and the Library of the Center. His research focuses in the taxonomy and systematics of Neotropical Orchidaceae, and in the floristics of this family in Costa Rica. He is a Research Associate with the Harvard University Herbaria and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
